Your personal data will be processed by Share The Rush and shared with third parties if and insofar as this is done with your permission or if and insofar as this is necessary:
a) To carry out the handling of your registration on the website, a user agreement concluded between you and Share The Rush as a result thereof, or a booking made on the website.
The personal data provided by you to Share The Rush will be used by Share The Rush for the purposes for which you have provided them. If you register on the website or make a payment for a booking through the website, the personal data provided by you during registration or booking will be used to process your registration request or to execute the subsequently concluded user agreement or to process the booking.
Primarily, your personal data will be processed by Share The Rush in order to conclude and execute agreements with you, including the publication of your profile or offer of sports holidays on the website, the execution of your payment orders and the sending of booking confirmations and other relevant messages.
The names and profile photos of sports holiday providers are visible on the website, also for unregistered visitors. This also applies to information about sports holidays offered on the website. In principle, the contact details of sports holiday providers will not be disclosed. For the rest, communication between users of the website can only take place through the internal messaging system of Share The Rush.
The offer of sports holidays, together with all the information mentioned on the website, can also be published by Share The Rush on social media websites in order to promote the offer of sports holidays.
The name and profile picture of registered users of the website who have made a booking are shown on the website, but only for the respective sports holiday provider. In addition, the personal data of users who have made a reservation and which are otherwise relevant to the providers will be shared with the relevant provider.
As part of the execution of a booking made by you, your personal data may also be provided to other third parties, insofar as those third parties are involved in the execution of the relevant agreement. Justified interests include, for example, the fight against fraud and the detection of (attempted) unlawful and/or punishable conduct directed against Share The Rush or third parties, particularly in connection with the use of the website. Furthermore, legitimate interests include the processing (including storage) of your personal data by the hosting provider of Share The Rush and operator of the chat module on the website, in order to be able to exploit the website and e-mail facilities of Share The Rush or the chat module, as well as the sharing of your personal data, including your name and address on invoices, with an accounting firm in order to be able to take care of the administration and accounting of Share The Rush.

Share The Rush will therefore take the necessary steps to ensure that your personal data is adequately protected.
